How long will my clutch take to arrive?
In-stock pieces ship from Toronto in 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–3 business days in Canada or 3–5 in the USA. Made-to-order pieces ship in 10–15 business days (2–3 weeks). You'll see the estimate for your order above the Add to Cart button.
What does "made to order" mean?
When a piece isn't on the shelf, our artisans make yours by hand after you order. It's the same design and quality, just with a short wait while it's crafted.
Will my phone fit?
Most of our clutches hold a phone, cards, keys and a lipstick. Check the size in Key facts or the description, or email style@clutchithandbags.com with your phone model and we'll confirm.
Can I personalise my clutch?
Yes. Many designs can carry a name, initials or a date. Add personalisation to your order and we'll confirm the details with you by email before we start.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can exchange within 14 days of delivery as long as the piece is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is covered by you.
Is it a good gift?
